On Thursday (November 14), organizers for the 98th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade announced an impressive new batch of live performers who will be taking part in this year’s holiday event.  Kylie Minogue, Jennifer Hudson, and Billy Porter were added to the lineup of performers who will entertain fans in front of Macy’s New York flagship store during the November 28 parade. Loud Luxury, Wicked star Cynthia Erivo, and Cole Escola will also perform at the event, joining previously announced stars Bishop Briggs, Dan + Shay, Dasha, Idina Menzel, Jimmy Fallon & the Roots, New Kids on the Block’s Joey McEntire, T-Pain, Walker Hayes, and more. Celebrated choreographer Shay Latukolan – who has worked with Stormzy, Ed Sheeran, and Tinashe – will choreograph a variety of dance routines during the event, along with three performances on the iconic floats. The 98th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will air live on NBC beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET, while streaming on Peacock. (Billboard)
