The exhibit is a tribute to the century-old handmade designs and patterns on textiles that originated in Indonesia and were copied and industrialized by Europeans and exported to Africa. A reception will be held opening night, Friday, July 12th from 6pm-8pm in the CHARTS lobby with speaker Designer/Stylist Korto Momolou-Briggs with music provided by Zinse Agginie’s Percussion Quartet.
