Students outside of the NLR School District, excluding those in Pulaski County School District are eligible for School Choice. NLRSD has elementary schools, 1 new high school, 1 completely renovated Pre-K, and 1 middle school that is currently under construction. Handley Life Center, 812 East Harding in Pine Bluff. The event will feature national gospel recording artist Jekalyn Carr and Internet sensation “Not Karlton Banks” as emcee. There will be onsite vendors and health screenings, youth sessions, and various other featured speakers.
